Let’s be frank…..

It is about you, the business owner, taking responsibility for all of these disciplines…… but NOT doing they yourself, it is about recognising that when you don’t know how to do something, then get someone in who can do it.

If you don’t have competencies in HR, if you not skilled marketing or sales or packaging or labelling unless you’re going to invest your time in becoming skilled, then pay someone else who’s already made that investment and get them to do the job.

Stop whinging about your staff, stop whinging about the impediments, nothings’ new, that’s why you’ve got the energy you’ve got, to push on through.
