For most of us that time is now.

In the recent past the answer was “add value”…now it is about adding RESPECT and RELEVANCE…both deliver understanding.

The challenge is that it takes time and a relationship to develop these.

Not over-night, not without commitment…and certainly not without Time…and building the relationship.
