Sun Tzu said it in the “Art of war”:

“Without goals, strategies are the slowest way to a victory.

Without tactics, what you hear is the noise before defeat.”

Neither can operate without objectives…..they can be daily, monthly, yearly or lifetime, if you’re true to them and approach them with great discipline then they will serve you.

In business, as in life, it is the same. To choose to ignore the need for objectives, for whatever reason….irrelevance, inappropriate, too hard, not my bag….then there is no path, there is no journey, there is no reward, or pain or excitement or energy.
