Our year of 2013 was an intriguing and inspiring year for many.

• Who your next customer will be…not a category, not a type, but write their names down, and ideally their Managing Directors name and contact details as well.
• Research their market strengths and weaknesses.
• Go in with an offer that will help move them forward. Whether it’s services, whether it’s products, whether it’s ideas, whether it’s innovation.
