….that seemingly professional organisations (not to mention any of the top four accounting groups) believe that the most productive people that they can get their hands on right now are their current employees…..whom have in many cases lead them into the dilemmas they now face.

The queer thing is that there are some extraordinary professionals, nay bigger thinkers, nay highly productive potential deliverers just outside the preferred “lets do nothing” model.

Just outside, it is more likely to be some sort of “contract”, more likely to be driven by the creation of work rather than the “head down, bum up” approach which is not the most attractive solution.

This is all in front of the big four accountants, solicitors, engineers …… ok most “professionals” who are currently waiting for “it” to get better….. all while the “pundits” are advising it is changing to something we haven’t seen yet.

It is about change…… not what it looks like, whether its’ right or wrong …… it is about testing “it”
