More than feeling it, perhaps the most appropriate action is to identify it.

We all need to understand that PRESSURE is just another definition for urgent projects…and urgent projects arise through poor planning, communication, intelligence or analysis.

The more you understand your market place, the expectations of your guests and clients; the clearer is the definition of their needs and the solutions they require…… having all this reduces the “pressure”.

Another source of pressure is lack of participation, engagement and responsibility of team members, not necessarily above or below you in the hierarchy, just team members who don’t want to create a solution.

Reduce the pressure by building understanding, by creating an environment of analysis and discussion….it is about anticipation and expectations and the allocation of the tasks that relate to these areas.

We can all manage pressure by embracing and recognising the causes…. and reducing them.
